Not sure where to start?

If you already know roughly what you need, these pages lay out how each area works and what it costs. Still bring it to the form — we’ll point you the right way.

Common questions

We already have an IT person or provider — is this still worth it?

Often, yes. A lot of our work sits alongside an existing team or provider: a second opinion before a large purchase, filling a gap in security or strategy, or extra hands during a project. If you don’t need us, we’ll say so.

What size organizations do you work with?

Mostly small and mid-sized organizations — roughly 10 to 250 people — along with practices, firms, campaigns, and nonprofits that depend on their technology but aren’t large enough for a full in-house IT department.

How does pricing work?

Flat monthly rates for ongoing support and management; fixed-scope quotes for projects and assessments. You see the number before any work starts — no surprise hourly bills.

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. The first call is about understanding your situation and whether we’re a fit. There’s no charge and no expectation that you sign anything.

Do you only work with certain industries?

No. We keep deeper playbooks for regulated fields like defense, healthcare, legal, and financial services, but the fundamentals — security, reliability, sensible strategy — apply everywhere.

How quickly can you start?

Assessments and advisory work usually begin within a week or two. Full support onboarding depends on the size of your environment; you’ll get a realistic timeline on the first call.
